Off-Grid Hybrid Home
Recently completed in Nevada’s Great Basin, this off-grid custom home was built for a family who moved west after selling their IT business in North Carolina. In partnership with architect Jack Hawkins of Hawkins and Associates, the design blends into the landscape and operates fully independent of public utilities.
A large sliding glass door opens the central living space to the outdoors, while two repurposed shipping containers support the home’s storage and mechanical needs. Radiant concrete slab floors provide year-round warmth, and a high steel “wing” roof adds both durability and dramatic character.
Divided into outdoor, indoor, and hybrid spaces, the home’s layout maximizes the connection to nature and demonstrates how off-grid living can be comfortable, sustainable, and deeply integrated with the surrounding environment.
Hepp Building 864 square feet
A compact, efficient pre-manufactured shop building designed to maximize functionality in a modest footprint. This project showcases our ability to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or utility.

Dickerson Interior Remediation 1,700 square feet
